How we communicate as a team is critical to getting things done. I work with leadership teams, individually and collectively, to find the best ‘mood’ and common language of action that orientates the team to deliver as one. Moods are a predisposition for action and Language is the creator of new realities.
One on one coaching sessions with each member of the leadership team over the programme before, between and after the workshops.
Identify the common themes shared by the leaders that are blockers or ‘enemies of learning’ that are holding the team back from delivering their goals.
In workshops explore how moods are critical to what choices we make and how we operate individually and collectively.
In workshops explore “aspects of language” and “types of conversations” to create a new reality and common language for the team to operate with.
At the end of the programme the team commit to use a shared language to communicate, build relationships and lead collectively.
The benefits of the programme are -
Teams get clarity of the issues preventing them from delivering optimally as a collective.
Teams come together to speak a common language, respect eachother and choose to behave differently as a collective unit to drive performance outcomes.
For individuals -
Making decisions with clarity and purpose so they get better outcomes personally and professionally.
Improves their ability to lead change and deal with ambiguity that drives performance improvement.
Improved delivery of their message to the organisation and those they work with to build relationships to get things done more effectively.
Learning to see life with a different perspective that aids time management, decision making and their life balance.
