"I am eternally grateful to Conor for leading me through a game-changing 'career 360’, to help crystallise what my career looks like for increased enjoyment and fulfilment. Conor enabled me to analyse and interpret my path to date from a totally different angle, and his insightful questioning and uncanny ability to pick up on some key themes resulted in one ‘a ha’ moment after another - and that was in our first meeting! Conor’s significant commercial experience combined with his coaching expertise and respect is a powerhouse combination, and I am a better person, both professionally and personally, for his guidance. Thank you Conor."
"Conor is thought provoking, a great listener and challenges the traditional way of thinking as a coach. His individual style uses humility, insightfulness and emotional awareness to challenge the way of how you observe various work situations and how you view your own self. Conor draws from his experience as a leader of leaders to take a unique approach to transition and executive coaching on how to reframe situations and observe things differently.
In his capacity as my transition coach, Conor had supported me amazingly when I was looking for my next career opportunity after a restructuring exercise in my previous role at a big four bank. On top of this, I had just moved from interstate so I was living in a brand new city and needed to navigate what my next steps were going to be in my career and the future. He gave me the confidence, guided me and was my greatest supporter in finding my next role quickly.
My coaching time with Conor was invaluable and I couldn’t have made my career transition without his support. I would definitely recommend his services for those who need career or management leadership guidance or advice.
